All in One Move brings full home selling and letting package to Wiltshire

All in One Move opens its doors in Swindon on February 1st when its all-in-one package including marketing, conveyancing, legal and HIP (Home Information Pack) services will be available to people marketing their properties throughout the region.
The service is offered for a fixed fee and, as well as taking the hassle out of property transactions, is estimated, on average, to save vendors around £1000 in selling-related costs. For example, the all-inclusive fee for the sale of a typical one-bedroom house will be £1175.00. This compares with an average agency fee of around £1000 + VAT at 1% commission. Sellers, however, would also have to organise and pay for their HIP and conveyancing separately when selling through traditional channels. With HIPs costing around £400 and legal fees often exceeding £600, the All in One Move package represents a significant cost saving.
All in One Move also offers a VIP service comprising 3D floorplans, glossy brochures, enhanced marketing and a dedicated account manager for homes with exceptional features - though not necessarily in the higher price brackets. Commission fees for the VIP service start at 0.9%.
